Use the jobs search to filter by role, location, salary, and remote preference. Save searches and turn on alerts so new matches reach you first. The more complete your profile, the better our matching engine ranks roles for you.

Open any job and click Apply to attach your profile and a tailored note. Every application appears in your candidate dashboard with status updates as employers review, schedule interviews, or send offers. You can withdraw an application at any time before an offer is signed.

Employers schedule interviews directly through the platform. You'll receive calendar invites, prep materials, and reminders. Optional mock interviews and AI feedback help you practice before the real conversation, so you walk in ready.

Offers arrive as structured documents covering salary, equity, benefits, and start date. You can negotiate, request changes, or accept directly in-app. Once both sides confirm, we record the placement and trigger any guarantees or onboarding support.

Browsing profiles and unlocking candidates are both free — unlocking opens the full profile and platform messaging, and direct contact details are shared after a confirmed hire. The only charge on the platform is a success fee of one month of the hired candidate's salary, invoiced after the candidate confirms a successful placement. Every placement is covered by our 90-day replacement guarantee.

Your direct contact information stays hidden until you are hired through ZhiYin — employers reach you through platform messaging first, and every access to personal data is audit-logged. You can export, correct, or delete your data from privacy settings, in line with GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, and equivalent laws in your country.

We verify employer accounts, screen jobs for compliance, and monitor activity for fraud or harassment. You can report any user or job listing in one click; our trust team reviews reports quickly and removes bad actors. Sensitive actions like contact unlocks always require authentication.
