Operator-grade SRE training built on the Google SRE Book, Seeking SRE, and post-2022 incident reports (Cloudflare June 2022 WAF, GitHub October 2018 24h DB failover, AWS US-East-1 December 2021, GCP April 2025 IAM outage, GitLab January 2017 prod database deletion). You will write multi-window burn-rate alerts in PromQL, design 99.9% SLOs with the 43m/month error budget, run incident command using ICS-derived roles, build observability stacks on OpenTelemetry Collector v0.100+, Prometheus 2.51+, Grafana Mimir 2.12+, Tempo 2.6+, Loki 3.2+, and execute chaos experiments with Gremlin, AWS FIS, and Chaos Mesh. Every module ends with a runbook, postmortem, or capacity model you can drop into a real on-call rotation.
