Architect

This course is for design-school graduates working toward licensure and licensed architects moving from drafting into project leadership. You build the operating judgment firms actually hire for: reading a site and program, owning the scope-schedule-budget triangle, running owner and consultant coordination, and defending design decisions when cost or code pressure hits. By the end you can present a project-control packet that ties a design call to its schedule variance, cost exposure, and inspection status — the artifact that distinguishes a job captain from a CAD operator.
